Client Care Specialist

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling some prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance. Specialists will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties.

• We currently have a Full Time position open. This position requires a flexible work schedule to include Saturdays. One year prior animal and customer service experience a must. Email resume to aadams@nvanet.com

Animal Care Specialist

Ward personnel are responsible for animal handling, bathing, and grooming, cleaning, feeding, laundry, waste disposal.

• We currently have a Part Time position open. This is a split shift, working 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening, two days a week.
  Duties- Walking boarding dogs, feeding, bathing and general office cleaning duties. Prior experience a plus but will train the right person. Email resume to aadams@nvanet.com
